Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), YourCompany has appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns relating to the processing of personal data. Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt.

What to Include

Your full name, registered email address, nature of the grievance, and any relevant details about the data or processing activity in question.

Your Rights under the DPDP Act

Right to Information: Know what personal data we process about you and the purpose for processing.
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure: Request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the stated purpose.
Right to Grievance Redressal: Raise a grievance with the Grievance Officer and receive a timely response.
Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

Further Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the DPDP Act 2023. Details of the Board and the complaint process will be published by the Government of India.
